Shipping Questions

1. General shipping information
Pacifiers Unlimited primary shipping service is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship all packages under 14oz via First Class Mail. Other shipping options are available during the checkout process. If a tracking number is available for your package, you will receive the tracking number via email when your order has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking information.

2. How do I track my order?
Please follow these links to track your order. You will need to copy and paste the tracking number from your email notification that you received after your order was shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking information.


3. I did not receive my tracking number
Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking information. There are no tracking numbers available for international shipments (outside the USA). If you ordered within the United States and can not find your tracking information in your email or spam folder, please email with your order number, email address used to order, and the name and address you had your products shipped to.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
We make a promise to process your order in 72 hours. This does not mean it will be delivered to your door in that time, it means we will ship it out with in that time frame. Depending on which shipping method you choose it should take from 2 -5 days in transit from the time we ship. We are not responsible for INCORRECT addresses input during checkout. If you have input the wrong address your package will be returned to us. We will call you to let you know that your package has been returned and will re-ship for a fee. This fee cannot be avoided. We do not guarantee delivery dates these are estimates only.



Order Questions

1. How do I place an order?
Start by selecting a product category at the top of any page. From there you can select a product. Once you find something you love, fill out any necessary options listed on the page (like name or font choice) and click "Add to Cart". Once you are finished shopping, click on "My Cart" at the top of the page and proceed to checkout. Once you fill out all of your billing and shipping information and finish your order you'll receive a confirmation email within a short period of time.

2. Why can't I add 3 different names to the 3 different pacifiers/bottle bands in the pack?
All 3 items in a personalized pack must have the same name. This is done for several reasons to ensure a fast processing time (all of our pacifiers are engraved individually which and this takes time), and to ensure that our personalized items remain affordable for everyone.

3. I ordered the wrong item; how can I change it?
We will honor all corrections made within a reasonable timeframe- your order must be modified before you receive your shipment notice email. Once an order has shipped we can not make any changes to your order. If you need to make a change, email us at

4. How do I Return or Exchange my products?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEM. Due to the sensitive nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns exchanges. Be sure you have spelled the name correctly (or see I ordered the wrong item; how can I change it?) for instructions on how to correct spelling errors.

We make every attempt to avoid any errors but in the event that errors occur, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices or coupons.



Product Questions and Care

1. Will the name come off of the product?
Our personalized products are PERMANENTLY engraved. The name will not come off with regular use which includes but is not limited to: sterilizing, boiling, dishwashing, or dropping.

2. There is water inside of my pacifier; why is that there?
The vast majority of all pacifiers in the world market are 'air vent pacifiers.' That air vent is what has allowed water inside the nipple and it is perfectly normal. The pacifiers must be able to take in air and water to prevent children from developing bad tooth positioning. If water gets into the nipple during boiling, it can be gently pressed out afterwards and the nipple will fill with air again. Simply squeeze the water out after sterilizing and let dry.

3. How do I sterilize my pacifiers?
The first thing you should do before putting our pacifiers or anything into your babies mouth is to sterilize, sterilize, sterilize! Our pacifiers are so awesome that you will never have to worry about the name or expression rubbing, chipping, or fading off. You can sterilize the pacifier by boiling it in water for 5 minutes and letting it cool. Then, gently squeeze any excess water out of the nipple. There are other contraptions on the market that do a fantastic job of sterilizing such as microwave sterilizers and some top-racks of dishwashers.

4. Are your products safe?
Our products conform to all US Federal standards for baby products and safety. They are BPA free, pthalates free, free of lead and other harmful chemicals. It is our goal to provide the safest products possible for you and your loved ones.

5. How do your pacifiers compare to major brands?
We strive to bring high quality childrens products to the world. Our pacifiers are in every way just as quality as the major brands you are used to seeing and buying every day, if not better.
